Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Specialist to join our team and take ownership of our Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) system within the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce CPQ solutions to improve sales efficiency, quoting accuracy, and revenue operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Product, and IT to translate complex business needs into scalable, robust Salesforce CPQ configurations. You will design, develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions to support business processes including quoting, pricing, approvals, and product configurations. You'll analyze existing CPQ processes and recommend improvements to enhance automation and efficiency, and build and manage CPQ product bundles, pricing rules, discount schedules, quote templates, and approval workflows. The role involves ensuring data integrity and providing ongoing support and training to empower end-users.
