Job Description

The CPG Global Account Director is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing and growing relationships with Pacvue’s key global clients. This role involves driving client success through innovative strategies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and achieving business growth targets. Responsibilities include owning and growing the commercial relationship with global enterprise accounts, understanding client needs, providing feedback to the Product Team, developing strategic account plans, identifying business development opportunities, seeking expansion opportunities, and supporting strategic account budget management. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in account management or sales within the CPG industry, a proven track record of managing large accounts, excellent communication skills, strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, leadership skills, and willingness to travel internationally.
