Solutions Architect

Role Overview:

• The Solutions Architect is the senior technical authority within the Babble Professional Services team.
• They own the design phase and lead hands-on deployment across Modern Workplace, Cyber Security, Network, and Backup/DR domains.
• This role bridges design and delivery to ensure high-quality, production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation on complex, multi-domain projects and produce HLDs, LLDs, and SOWs.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and design assurance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Service Desk, NOC, and managed services teams to ensure operational supportability.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in solution design and delivery across all four domains and Azure.
• Demonstrable authorship of HLDs, LLDs, and SOWs with pre-sales technical experience.
• Track record of mentoring and raising team technical capability.
