Head of FP&A

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the CFO to formulate, communicate, and drive Xapo's financial strategy.
• Lead the core financial planning processes, including forecasting, scenario modeling, and long-range strategic planning.
• Design and own the executive-level reporting frameworks to monitor business performance.

Skills Needed:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Deep experience in a high-growth fintech, crypto, or modern financial services environment is essential.
• Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills.
