Senior Manager, Paid Social: Performance (Remote)

The Senior Manager – Paid Social role is a team lead role meant for a paid social advertising wizard who loves coaching digital marketers, assisting on strategy & account management and directly managing larger digital ad accounts. You’ll be working at the intersection of online advertising execution and fast start up growth with a fast-growing agency that is hyper-focused on client performance and ROI. You should be confident in your ability to drive improvements in account performance, but also to manage and develop some of our awesome talent. Responsibilities include client & team revenue oversight, serving as the main point of contact for biggest clients, managing a team of Account Managers, and driving overall account strategy. Also includes analyzing performance data and KPIs, creating performance reviews, running team meetings, and contributing to projects and process changes.
