New State Partnerships Manager (Mid-Atlantic/Southeast)

The State Partnerships Manager will formalize and grow Propel's partnerships with state governments. As part of the Government & Public Partnerships team, you’ll lead the charge in building long-term, strategic relationships with state agencies that administer government benefits like SNAP and Medicaid. You’ll help identify, pitch, and structure formal collaborations with state partners, helping Propel improve the delivery of public programs while driving forward Propel's mission and business goals. Responsibilities include building and managing relationships with leaders at state agencies responsible for administering safety net benefits, identifying partnership opportunities, developing customized proposals and partnership models, serving as an ambassador for Propel’s mission, staying up-to-date on state-level policy changes, articulating and aligning Propel’s value proposition with the goals of government partners, and collaborating cross-functionally with research, policy, product, and engineering teams.
