Product Design Manager

GoodParty.org is looking for a Product Design Manager to lead and grow the Design team and drive the design vision forward to remove money from politics. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience leading Design teams in consumer internet companies or pro-sumer SaaS companies. This person should develop a world-class user experience and deliver an innovative product for candidates and citizens who are ready to disrupt corruption in American politics. The role is a player/coach role. The position involves developing a team of Brand and Product Designers, creating design processes, partnering with leadership to craft a vision, modernizing community engagement tools, developing user research best practices, and championing the use of AI. The role also requires obsessing over user experience and designing accessible interfaces. This role reports to the Chief Product Officer.
