New Product Manager

MoCaFi seeks an experienced Product Manager to support our critical Federal payments program and manage mobile app features. This program serves millions of beneficiaries, ensuring the timely and secure delivery of essential government funds, often to underserved populations. The role involves navigating a complex ecosystem of federal agencies, financial institutions, and diverse user needs. The Product Manager is responsible for specific elements of the product roadmap as assigned by their manager. This role reports to a Senior Product Manager. Responsibilities include supporting the product roadmap, defining product requirements, prioritizing enhancements, and managing the product lifecycle. The candidate will also contribute to product strategy, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with various teams to ensure successful product development and launch. They will work with operations and PMO to develop process maps/flows and research competitor products and trends.
