About the Role:
- Outbound Product Management is R&D's field operating layer, bridging what we build and how it performs with customers.
- This role starts with owning the Identity Threat Protection launch and grows into permanent ownership of the identity product area.
What You'll Do:
- Own the EA-to-GA motion: demos, deep dives, POVs, and testing messaging hypotheses in live deals.
- Diagnose competitive loss reasons, distinguishing product gaps from positioning gaps.
- Run adoption diagnostics and support technical evaluations in competitive renewals.
