Team Leadership:
- Leading a team of 5 to 10 engineers.
- Ensuring team members are unblocked and clear about what they need to deliver.
- Managing team member performance and providing continuous feedback.
Technical Leadership:
- Actively supporting the engineering release process and monitoring deployments.
- Leading and collaborating on technical design discussions and ensuring alignment.
- Driving and owning the technical roadmap, assessing technical debts.
Roadmap & Delivery:
- Working closely with the Technical Product Owner and UI/UX Designer to define sprints.
- Understanding the broader business objectives and translating this context for the team.
- Planning for incoming business needs and maintaining a house-level roadmap.
