Job Description

The Email Marketing Specialist will own strategy, execution, and optimization of all email outreach across the prospect and customer lifecycle. Key responsibilities include building, automating, and deploying newsletters, promotional blasts, webinar invitations, product announcements, onboarding series, and renewal reminders. The specialist will leverage contact lifecycle data to deliver highly relevant content to increase open, click-through, and conversion rates. They will maintain list hygiene, monitor inbox placement, and ensure high deliverability rates. The specialist will track channel KPIs and share insights with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership. They will also partner with content, design, product marketing, and sales enablement teams to align messaging and creative assets. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, collaborative, and mission-driven with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
