Remote Monitoring Technician (Entry-Level)

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on PC with company monitoring and database programs.
• Diagnose faults in food cooling and freezing equipment, from individual units to compressor units with heat recovery.
• Decide whether to send a technician on-site or resolve remotely via customer communication or system configuration.

Qualifications:

• Communication skills in English and Czech, both verbal and written.
• Basic PC skills in MS Office.
• Flexibility for shift work in a 24/7/365 operation, 12-hour shifts.
