Assistant or Associate Professor of Psychology and Assistant Clinical Director of MFT

About the Role:

• This full-time, 12-month, non-tenure track faculty position is fully remote and begins August 2026, with appointment expected at the Assistant Professor level.
• The faculty member will engage in curriculum development, teaching, service, mentoring, and clinical training support.
• Core responsibilities include developing online courses, mentoring students, and coordinating practicum or internship placements.

Required Qualifications:

• Earned Doctorate in Psychology or closely related field from an accredited institution; ABD candidates may be considered with degree completion by start date.
• Minimum of two years of post-master’s professional clinical experience in a mental health or related practice setting.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical training environments, including supervision or coordination of practicum and internship settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist).
• Experience in a clinical training leadership role like Director of Clinical Training or Practicum Coordinator.
• Familiarity with competency-based education and clinical training standards relevant to psychology or MFT education.

Compensation and Benefits:

• The hiring range is $81,345-$88,522 annually, determined by knowledge, skills, experience, and equity with internal team members.
