Executive Operations Lead

AllTrails is seeking an Executive Operations Lead to drive momentum and impact through helping lead company rhythm of business. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to scale and operate with excellence. Responsibilities include supporting planning and execution of leadership meetings, tracking key projects, managing complex calendars, preparing briefings, plus representing the company with external stakeholders. The role also entails building relationships across departments and owning bi-monthly Town Hall meetings. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives, exceptional organizational and communication skills, discretion, and the ability to operate independently. A passion for the outdoors is a plus.
