Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, support prioritization, and remove blockers to enable effective team execution
  • Balance agile practices with waterfall-driven planning, scope management, and budgeting requirements
  • Manage day‑to‑day work tracking in Polarion and support potential transitions to Jira

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master working within a matrixed, portfolio‑based organization and in hybrid agile/waterfall delivery environments
  • Hands‑on proficiency with Polarion and/or Jira for work and task management
  • Familiarity with Planisware or similar portfolio, financial, and resource management tools
