Key Responsibilities:
- Use Phaidra's platform and tools to put AI into production, leading complex implementations.
- Work with product team to define requirements and translate customer needs into documentation.
- Provide ongoing support, resolve issues, and monitor performance across multiple customers.
Qualifications:
- 10-15 years experience as a controls engineer or programmer with HVAC and data center expertise.
- Ability to operate independently and manage complex projects across multiple customers.
- Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-experts.
