Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach, mentor, and train Daikin’s service and solutions sales force to use consultative selling techniques.
  • Assist in development of strategic business plan to meet district sales quota.
  • Identify financially viable business opportunities and execute sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (engineering preferred) or equivalent work experience.
  • 4-6+ years of experience in commercial HVAC, energy, or related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of procurement methods and contracting options.
