Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate estimates and proposals for commercial HVAC projects, including replacements, renovations, and system upgrades.
- Manage awarded projects from start to finish, including scheduling, purchasing, coordination, and change orders.
- Track budgets, labor, material, schedules, and profitability while coordinating with field crews and customers.
Qualifications:
- Commercial HVAC estimating and project management experience with strong understanding of systems like RTUs, chillers, and VAVs.
- Ability to read plans, specs, and mechanical drawings, and experience managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractors.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly around Utica and Central New York.
