Job Summary:
- Engage prospects and clients to uncover needs and recommend value-based solutions.
- Drive revenue growth by influencing purchasing decisions and closing sales opportunities.

Role Overview:
- Execute phone-based sales campaigns with emphasis on identifying key decision-makers.
- Supplement outreach via email and text to strengthen relationships and uncover opportunities.
- Facilitate and close sales to consistently achieve revenue goals.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of successful sales experience in HVAC, building products, or transactional sales environment.
- Ability to manage conversations, handle objections, and close sales with strong communication skills.
- Experience using CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce to track pipeline and maintain data.
Virtual Work Requirement:
- Maintain a distraction-free, secure workspace with hardwired internet (minimum 35 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload).
- Be logged in and accessible during scheduled hours, with active participation in video or phone meetings.
- All equipment supplied by linqd., with a work-from-home reimbursement provided.
