Your Mission:
- Hunt to build the partner base by prospecting, pitching, and onboarding HVAC contractors across the Northeast.
- Farm to grow existing partners through relationship management, field support, training, and performance tracking.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and engage HVAC contractors, dealers, and distributors to become Quilt partners.
- Manage a healthy pipeline of partner prospects and represent Quilt at regional trade events.
- Exceed targets for net-new partner enrollments and partner reorder revenue.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $100,000 – $125,000 plus performance-based variable pay and equity.
