About the Role:

  • Develop and execute territory sales plans for HVACR product lines.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through distribution and contractor channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, contractors, and key accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience.
  • Proven success in driving sales growth and customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
