About the Role:
- Develop and execute territory sales plans for HVACR product lines.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through distribution and contractor channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, contractors, and key accounts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience.
- Proven success in driving sales growth and customer relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
