About the Role:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in North America for port equipment, automation solutions and services.
  • This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B sales and a proven track record of achieving regional sales targets.
  • You will work as part of the regional team, collaborating closely with colleagues across AME region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targets for port equipment and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers at terminal and port operators.
  • Manage key accounts, provide technical and commercial support, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in port equipment.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and building C-suite relationships.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region and fluency in English.
