Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting

The Financial Reporting team plays a vital role in advancing Robinhood’s mission by ensuring the company maintains transparency, accuracy, and compliance in all financial disclosures. As a Senior Accountant in Financial Reporting, you will be responsible for preparing external filings, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and other required disclosures, in alignment with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations. You will assist in preparing regulatory filings and investor communications, including SEC filings such as 8-Ks, 10-Qs and 10-Ks, proxy statements, statutory financial statements, earnings releases, and investor conference materials. Prepare financial statements, including cash flow statement, footnote disclosures, and management discussion and analyses while maintaining complete tie-out documentation. You will also prepare share-based compensation entries and reconciliation for month-end close and provide equity-related analysis. The role requires performing Sarbanes-Oxley controls over financial reporting to ensure compliance.
