This involves building a modern Customer Service tech stack integrating ezCater’s software with AI. The role includes developing a technical roadmap, leading software engineering teams, and driving the execution of the company's vision by translating business requirements into technical solutions. The Engineering Manager will leverage technical expertise and communication skills to collaborate with product managers and other engineering teams to influence systems and roadmaps. They will also build a supportive work environment focused on feedback and team success.
