Responsibilities:
- Lead HEOR study design, implementation, and management, including prospective research and payer-focused tools.
- Identify evidence gaps and translate strategic objectives into comprehensive HEOR and RWE plans.
- Collaborate with R&D, regulatory, and medical affairs to support broad product access and value.
Requirements:
- Possess an advanced degree in health economics, epidemiology, or health services research.
- Demonstrate 5-7 years of HEOR industry experience, preferably in psychiatry or neuroscience.
- Exhibit excellent knowledge of U.S. and European market access environments and HTA processes.
Work Environment:
- Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Engage effectively with a fully remote team, with a willingness to travel approximately 25-30%.
- Maintain strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
