Role Overview:
- Architect how GTM teams learn and articulate product value, designing programs that drive adoption and impact revenue.
- Own the full lifecycle of product enablement from curriculum design to delivery, measurement, and continuous iteration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with PMM, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure team readiness for selling and implementing Vanta.
- Use data to measure training effectiveness and iterate, while staying current on product changes and industry trends.
- Experiment with innovative approaches like AI for product knowledge testing and program improvement.
Qualifications & Success:
- Requires 8-10 years in product enablement or a similar GTM role, with expertise in curriculum design and adult learning principles.
- Must have product acumen, proficiency with enablement technology, and a strong data-driven mindset for tracking KPIs and ROI.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills are essential, with a customer-first and systems thinking approach.
