Commercial Education Manager

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute training for clinical and sales organizations, applying adult learning principles in various formats.
• Ensure learning content is current, copy-approved, and meets government and legal requirements.
• Facilitate sessions on anatomy, procedures, products, and competitive technologies for new hires and ongoing development.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant business experience, including 3 years in Neurovascular or Neurointerventional surgery.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills with the ability to develop effective working relationships.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to influence groups and coach Field Sales Trainers supporting key initiatives.

Work Environment:

• This position is remote, requiring residency within major US cities and the ability to travel up to 40% for training and field activities.
