- Make ideas tangible through concepts and lightweight prototypes.
- Facilitate workshops that align teams and unlock decisions.
Qualifications:
- Experience in early-stage product, innovation, or design roles.
- Track record of moving teams from vague to clear next steps.
- Strong facilitation and workshop design experience.
- Hands‑on experience with research, product, design, and engineering.
