ALTERNATIVE FUNDING STRATEGY:
- Act as a subject matter expert on self-funded, level-funded, and captive strategies.
- Advise internal teams on funding structure decisions, risk tolerance, and financial tradeoffs.
FINANCIAL MODELING:
- Stress-test assumptions and clearly document methodology.
- Interpret carrier and stop-loss underwriting outputs.
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models.
RENEWAL & GROWTH STRATEGY SUPPORT:
- Partner closely with Client Managers on complex renewals.
- Support Solutions Consultants on RFPs and prospect opportunities.
- Review and compare stop-loss quotes and contract terms.
