Travel and Office Policy:

The team is distributed across the US, with roles being remote, hybrid, or based in New York City or San Francisco.
Employees are encouraged to attend team offsites, events, and hackathons, including an annual company retreat.
For in-office and hybrid employees, offices are open all week with meals provided on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
