New Product Designer, Feature Management and Enterprise

We’re looking for a talented and curious Product Designer to join our team and contribute to the enhancement and evolution of LaunchDarkly’s Feature Management and Enterprise experiences. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of our platform: helping to design critical tools used by developers and enterprise teams every day to manage and control software releases. You’ll be involved in designing workflows that balance technical power with clarity, supporting users from small teams to global enterprises. You will work on the design of end-to-end user experiences, translate complex, technical problem spaces into intuitive UX patterns, conduct user research, and deliver high-quality design artifacts. Collaboration with engineering and product partners is essential, as is advocating for user needs and maintaining consistency across the LaunchDarkly platform. You should be a great communicator with the ability to influence and inspire others.
