Job Description
This role will support the Utilities Project Manager by coordinating utility and railroad work with internal teams and third parties. The candidate will build strong working relationships, monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. They will also maintain tracking systems and provide regular status updates.
Responsibilities include coordinating with the client, Design Builder, PCM teams, and third-party utilities or railroads, attending meetings, reviewing project documents, and reporting on discovered utility/railroad issues. The candidate should also prepare status reports and maintain a tracking log for issues and resolutions.
