Strategic Finance Team Member

As a founding member of the Strategic Finance team, you will work closely with senior leadership and shape the financial strategy of Nirvana. This high-impact role offers substantial visibility, drives company-wide projects, and connects you to every business facet. You'll delve deep into a fast-growing business, designing initiatives to achieve desired business and financial outcomes, such as improving key financial and operating metrics, and assisting in future financings and investment rounds. You'll implement advanced analytics and modeling for long-term planning, budgeting, investor reporting, and variance analyses. Drive business results by turning complex data into clear recommendations and action plans. Your responsibilities also include helping in negotiations and implementation of transactions like M&A and capital raises, along with providing insights to cross-functional leaders.
