Senior Power BI Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Power BI Developer to join the ServiceNow Global Partner Data and Analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing Power BI dashboards and reports, as well as expertise in SQL, data modeling, and the Power BI tool stack. You will play a critical role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. In this role you will: Design and develop advanced Power BI reports and dashboards that are visually compelling, easy to navigate and understand. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions. Build and maintain complex data models to support analytical needs. Work with large datasets, ensuring optimal performance and scalability. Design and implement data architecture to enable efficient data flow and transformation. Write complex DAX formulas to support custom calculations and metrics in Power BI. Analyze current ETL processes. Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Collaborate with data engineering to ensure efficient database design and query performance. Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the adoption and effectiveness of Power BI reports.
