As a Campaigns Specialist at Vanta, you will drive integrated campaigns for Tier 3 activations like field events, webinars, and content launches in partnership with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include owning campaign operations and vendor coordination across all segments, supporting the email nurture strategy across segments, creating enablement materials for Sales and Product Marketing, and partnering with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate reporting and campaign efficiency.
The role also involves overseeing project management across internal stakeholders and external partners to keep campaign deliverables on track, maintaining campaign documentation and assets, and ensuring visibility and ongoing optimization across campaigns.
