- 1 Year: Lead strategic implementations for key clients, contributing to the continuous improvement of Lumin Digital’s project management practices and innovation.
Essential Functions:
- Facilitate deliveries of Lumin Digital’s online banking platform and ancillary products, consulting with clients to understand needs and turning requests into actionable items.
- Create and manage multi-phase project schedules with various degrees of complexity, coordinating with project managers, partners, and vendors to ensure implementation success.
- Educate stakeholders on issues, risks, and remediation plans, leading status meetings and maintaining focus on timely delivery while managing multiple complex projects.
Travel and Environment:
- Minimal travel requirements, generally 12 days or less per year, with approximately two team get-togethers annually.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment committed to continuous learning and process improvement, delivering enterprise-scale solutions for external customers.
