Job Description

Take a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of the Omnipresent Group’s debtors; Maintain and review customer accounts across several territories in UK, Europe and the Rest of World; Accurate processing, within agreed timelines, of customer invoicing and credit notes in line with local sales tax (VAT, GST, SUT etc.) regulation, providing input into periodic returns; Post and allocate accurately all Accounts Receivable payments in multicurrency (e.g. GBP, USD, CAD, EUR etc.) Respond to customer tickets/inquiries in accordance to set SLA's. Any additional duties relevant to your role.
