Job Description
Lead cross-channel media planning and execution for assigned accounts, ensuring every campaign aligns with client KPIs and category goals. Act as the primary strategic point of contact for clients, fielding questions, providing recommendations, and keeping communication clear and proactive. Translate performance data into sharp, actionable insights and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. Partner with CX Directors, SMEs, and internal teams to ensure plans are flawlessly activated and optimized. Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets to maintain consistency and accuracy across campaigns. Contribute to creative briefs and ensure messaging aligns with both audience insights and media strategy. Present performance reviews, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and optimization plans that move the needle on business results.
