Staff Product Designer, Feature Management and Enterprise

LaunchDarkly is looking for a seasoned product designer to join our team and take a leading role in shaping the future of LaunchDarkly’s Feature Management and Enterprise product areas. As a key member of the team, you’ll be responsible for driving the end-to-end user experience strategy across some of our most foundational and high-impact areas. You'll work on complex workflows and interaction patterns that need to scale seamlessly for teams ranging from small startups to Fortune 500 enterprises. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional peers across product, engineering, research, and data, as well as engage directly with customers to understand their challenges. You’ll be expected to lead through ambiguity, align stakeholders around a shared design vision, and deliver work that’s both thoughtful and pragmatic. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in systems thinking, enjoys simplifying complexity, and is excited about influencing the direction of a platform used by thousands of developers around the world.
