User Experience Researcher

We're looking for a User Experience Researcher to lead mixed-methods research that uncovers how patients and providers interact with care before, between, and after sessions. You’ll blend qualitative and quantitative methods to deliver actionable insights, translating research into a strategy that guides product, design, engineering, and data science teams. In this role, you’ll: - Explore how AI can meaningfully enhance access, engagement, and outcomes across the patient journey. - Design and execute end-to-end generative and evaluative research that informs roadmap and design decisions. - Drive cross-functional research programs tied to Rula’s company-level AI experience strategy. - Become a trusted advisor to leadership and product teams on the most complex patient experience questions.
