Responsibilities:

  • Apply deep Workday Payroll expertise across customer engagements, configuring systems and documenting business requirements.
  • Partner with clients to elicit requirements and ensure solutions are sustainable after go-live.

Production Support:

  • Lead post-production support services, serving as the primary contact for escalations and complex issue resolution.
  • Manage day-to-day support activities, triage tickets, and oversee Workday release management and deployment.

Client Engagement & Compliance:

  • Partner with clients to understand complex union and public sector benefits structures and policies.
  • Provide end-user training, lead discovery sessions, and translate requirements into compliant Workday configurations.

Qualifications & Methodology:

  • Maintain active Workday certifications in Payroll and Core HCM, with experience in public sector consulting.
  • Apply internal delivery frameworks, maintain project documentation, and support risk mitigation planning.
