Senior Content Producer

About the Role:

• You will own the content lifecycle from ideation through performance optimization for high-profile gaming channels.
• You combine creative leadership with hands-on channel management and data-driven decision-making.
• This is a fully remote role in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies covering channel growth, ideation, thumbnails, and audience engagement.
• Manage assigned brand channels, overseeing daily uploads, metadata, and performance optimization.
• Mentor production team members, improve workflows, and establish repeatable processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of content creation experience, including 4 years managing branded content.
• Proven experience managing large-scale YouTube channels with deep platform knowledge.
• Strong project management skills and proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
