- Own the production and publishing pipeline for audio and video content, ensuring the required content volume.
- Independently set quantitative content-volume targets and track actuals vs. plan on short cycles.
- Identify financial growth areas and propose concrete ways to achieve them to management.
Qualifications:
- 2-4+ years managing content in dating/social/media industry.
- Experience with content metrics and conversion funnels.
- Proactive mindset, ownership, problem-solving, and adaptability.
