Job Description
The Software Engineering Manager will lead a team focused on building and maintaining internal development platforms that empower our software engineering teams. This group owns and operates critical infrastructure tools such as Terraform Enterprise, GitHub Enterprise, Nexus, and SonarQube, and plays a key role in ensuring quality, security, governance, and efficiency across the software development lifecycle.
You’ll be responsible for driving platform reliability, scalability, and usability while supporting a team of engineers through mentorship, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. The internal customers are primarily software engineers, and your work will directly impact their productivity and success.
