What You'll Do:
- Lead and support Outreach Specialists through weekly supervision, coaching, and onboarding.
- Conduct site visits, help people enroll, and build relationships with providers and community partners.
What You Have:
- 2–3 years in community outreach or healthcare engagement, with mentoring experience.
- Lived experience with substance use/mental health recovery and Peer Support certification in Delaware.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Full-time exempt role with salary $65,000–$75,000 and equity.
- 20 days PTO, 9 sick days, paid holidays, health insurance, 401(k), FSA/HSA, and TalkSpace.
