As a Frontend Engineer on the Servicing Engineering Team, you will build modern web applications that power how millions of users access support and manage their financial lives. This team is at the heart of OnePay’s mission to deliver trustworthy, transparent, and scalable servicing experiences. You will build and ship features that drive measurable outcomes for customers and servicing agents. Employ best practices such as code reviews, automated testing, and continuous delivery to deliver with quality and speed. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, backend engineers, and operations leads to shape end-to-end experiences. Own your work from concept to launch, earning the trust of your team through accountability and transparency. Champion technical and product improvements, with a bias toward action and user impact.
