Senior Product Manager, PBM

The Senior Product Manager will focus on assessing platform capabilities, optimizing vendor partnerships, and ensuring seamless integration with internal tools and workflows; be responsible for technology infrastructure to support future lines of business, including Medicare. The role involves evaluating platform capabilities, leading internal discovery efforts and market assessments, defining long-term strategy for platforms, leading implementation and integration projects, and partnering with various teams to ensure platforms meet requirements. The position requires someone who can take full ownership of major product initiatives, work cross-functionally across product, engineering, operations, clinical, and compliance teams, and keep everything moving without constant oversight. The Senior Product Manager acts as the primary product point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors.
