The Clinical Pharmacist, Specialty is a member of the Rightway PBM Clinical Operations team, delivering a "pharmacist in the family" approach to engaging members on specialty medications with caring and empathetic interactions via phone, email, and chat. This role will guide specialty members and answer questions about pharmacy related topics and assist specialty members in enrolling in copay/patient assistance programs.

Rightway is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager who will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our financial operations supporting business growth, compliance, and decision-making while managing the accounting team. The Accounting Manager will be pivotal in helping to streamline month end close, perform accounts payable tasks, lead our financial audit, and to help build and refine our PBM accounting processes.

Manage the analytics of the Rightway Pharmacy Network, including compliance to contracts, network strategy, reporting and pharmacy audit analytics. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the pharmacy network and forecast performance, using data analytics tools and techniques.

Manage key client relationships, taking a consultative approach to account management, ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmacy benefits, and driving client satisfaction. Maintain regular contact with clients and internal team members, serving as the initial point of contact for operational inquiries. Lead client meetings, gather requirements for open enrollment, and participate in webinars to educate employees on Rightway’s PBM solution.
