Accounting Manager

Rightway is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager who will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our financial operations. You’ll work closely with finance leadership to support business growth, compliance, and decision-making and manage the accounting team. The ideal candidate will have experience as an accountant in the PBM and/or Healthcare industry, is a strong communicator and experienced in full cycle accounting, extremely detail oriented and excited to join a seasoned team of technology and healthcare experts looking to help humanize the world of healthcare. The Accounting Manager will oversee daily accounting operations, prepare financial statements, ensure GAAP compliance, manage month-end and year-end close, partner with FP&A, lead with external auditors and tax advisors, identify process improvements, review revenue in accordance with ASC606 standards, and strengthen internal controls.
