Job Description
Responsible for the overall relationship with assigned PBM clients, managing ongoing client touchbases, contract deliverables, tracking client inquiries, and resolving escalations. Maintain regular client contact and serve as the initial point of contact for day-to-day operational inquiries. Lead client meetings and partner with the Implementation Team for seamless transitions. Gather client requirements for open enrollment and participate in client webinars. Identify trends and work with the operations team to take preventative measures. Provide ongoing support to Rightway partners, including interpreting plan designs and resolving inquiries. Maintain an understanding of industry trends and provide clients with insights. Ability to track and identify issues and risks that are not being met per contractual obligations.
